There we were driving through Texas, admiring the scenery and gawking at the huge ranches. Arwen and I talking as much as is possible when one is trying to lip read & the other is trying to interstate drive. Moving right along…

On her first birthday

Posted: Tuesday, August 26th, 2008 @ 2:28 pm in Family at Large, Homelife | 2 Comments »

Posted a bit late.
On her first birthday, she went to the park:

Played in the water…

Checked it all out…

Thought it all over…

Found it all fine…

Fed some small fishes…

Had a good time.

Counted her candles…

Looked at some gifts…

Helped out the Momma….

Tasted the cake…

It too was fine.

Ended with ice cream.

Bye-bye…

Sister’s Eggs

This past year Sister C decided to try her hand at raising chickens.  The broiler that I ate was very tasty and enjoyed by all.  The layers took a bit longer to do their thing.  Sister has just started blogging and is having trouble posting pictures so to lend a hand (and brag about this egg) I volunteered to post […]
